Designing a relocation experience for expats

using DESIGN THINKING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

As a User Experience Lead my role as a Transformation Leader was to identify, examine and propose solutions in partnership with the Global Mobility Services Team. To do this I conducted the following activities.

  1. conducted and analyzed surveys sent out to participants in the global mobility program

2. based on the feedback from the surveys identified high level pain points

3. Conducted a Design Thinking Workshop to brainstorm potential solutions to the problems

The final solution was then handed directly to the implementation team to help determine feasibility and implementation.
